Cancellation & Refund Policy | NKE Decor

At NKE Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.


Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • To cancel, email us at nikhil.chhabra222@gmail.com  Kapilchhabra.146@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9991455546 9896570001 with your order ID.

After Dispatch:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of refusal to accept a prepaid delivery, refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.


Return Policy

We offer returns only in the case of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product on arrival

  • Manufacturing defect

Return Conditions:

  • Must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Please share unboxing video & images while reporting issues for faster resolution.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancelled within the allowed time.

  • Return accepted after verification of damage/defect.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original tags and packaging


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed for size or product replacement in eligible cases.

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange subject to product availability.
